Mr. Harris is currently a senior manager with Management Services Network, L.L.C. (MSN), a comprehensive billing and practice management company serving over 100 Clients across multiple specialties. As Assistant Manager of Operations for MSN's Dothan office, Mr. Harris provides direct operational management for five MSN clients who represent 20 physicians and three specialties. He is responsible for assisting with all daily operations, including billing, personnel interviews, work flow analyses, systems integration, electronic interfaces and communication, and integration with MSN's central support centers. His expertise includes extensive radiology coding experience and an in-depth knowledge of both CPT and ICD-9 coding. Mr. Harris earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He is a past President of the Alabama Radiology Managers' Association and is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) an organization he serves as the RBMA Carrier Advisory Committee (CAC) representative for the State of Alabama.

Ms. Dunlap has been employed with Radiological Associates of Sacramento Medical Group (RAS) for 24 years. RAS is a private practice composed of 35 radiologists and 16 radiation oncologists. She has 19 years of experience in radiation oncology management. She has served for 11 years as Director of Operations for the RAS Radiation Oncology Division that is composed of six freestanding centers in the greater Sacramento area. As Director, she is responsible for all administrative and operations functions including: budgeting, personnel, facilities, contracting, & project management. She has served on the RBMA Board of Directors from 1992-1998, RBMA President from 1997-1998 and on RBMA Nominating, Compliance, and Radiation Oncology committees. She also is currently serving on the ASTRO Practice Management Sub-Committee.

A native of Oklahoma, Ms. Nichols began her career as a radiology administrator in 1976 at Lawton Radiology Consultants, where she worked for fifteen years. In 1991 She moved to Florida to accept the position as administrator for Pasadena Radiology in St. Petersburg, Florida, a radiology group with six radiologists. Four years later, Ms. Nichols accepted the position of administrator with a 17-doctor group at North Florida Radiology in Gainesville, Florida. She semi-retired in 2001, but was asked by the radiologists to continue to work with their group as in-house consultant, which is one of her current activities. Ms. Nichols also currently provides out-sourced coding services, specializing in interventional coding. She has worked with different practices helping them lower their Accounts Receivable. She also consults with a pediatric practice providing training in coding. She has spent over half of her life in radiology and prior to that was an accounting supervisor for a large hospital.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Ms. Nichols has served on the Medicare Liaison Committee for the Florida Radiologists, Radiation Oncologists and Florida Radiology Business Managers for the last sixteen years. She has served as president and treasurer of the Florida Radiology Business Managers and is a past president of the Southern Region for the National RBMA. Ms. Nichols has served as FRBMA Program Director of the Florida Radiological Society and the Florida RBMA combined state meeting since 1994. She has been a National RBMA member for over thirty years. She has a Bachelor's degree in accounting and extensive radiology coding experience especially in interventional radiology.

Ms. Gregg has over 25 years of management experience in the healthcare industry. She is both executive director for Oklahoma Radiology Group, PC, a private practice in Oklahoma City and president of Shared Management Services (SMS). She founded and developed SMS, a separate practice management firm in 1991 where she is responsible for billing and management for multiple physician practices.

Ms. Gregg received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and has done postgraduate work at Oklahoma City University's MBA Program. She is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). She serves as a member of RBMA's Education Committee, the American College of Radiology's (ACR) Managed Care Network, the Oklahoma Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee (CAC) and the Provider Communication Advisory Group (PCOMAG).

Ms. Gregg is a national speaker at management and technology conferences and a published author in professional literature on such topics as practice management, physician practice compliance, risk management, fraud and abuse, cost accounting, accounts receivable management, human resources, practice statistical reporting, imaging center management and HIPAA Administrative Simplification. Her professional associations include the MGMA, ACMPE, HBMA, AHIMA and RBMA, where she served as president for the 1993-1994 term.

Kathleen Wolf is Business Manager for Western Colorado Radiologic Associates, P.C., a 10-radiologist group in Grand Junction, CO. Graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts, Kathleen pursued graduate work in business management, accounting, and human resources. Kathleen has held RBMA Board of Director and Committee appointments, and currently serves on the ACR Economics Committee for Coding and Nomenclature. In addition, she serves on the Editorial Board for Clinical Examples in Radiology. She earned her RCC certification among the very first group of RCC examinees.

Richard Duszak, Jr., M.D. is a Pennsylvania native and graduate of La Salle University and The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Duke University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.

Recently appointed to the AMA’s CPT Editorial Panel, Dr. Duszak is inaugural Editor-in-Chief of the AMA/ACR Clinical Examples in Radiology coding publication and serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of the American College of Radiology. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Commission on Economics of the American College of Radiology.

Recognized by Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Radiologists, Duszak has authored or co-authored over one hundred publications, and has been honored as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and the Society of Interventional Radiology. Previously president of a large practice in his home state of Pennsylvania, he currently practices both diagnostic and interventional radiology with Mid-South Imaging and Therapeutics in Memphis, TN.

Donna J. Richmond, RCC, CPC is Coding Services Manager at CodeRyte, Inc., directing 30+ coders and assisting clients with coding questions. Prior to joining CodeRyte she was employed with a practice management company with experience in coding and compliance. Ms. Richmond received her BA from Louisiana College. She holds certifications from the RCCB and AAPC. She was president of the local AAPC chapter for 2 terms, and secretary for 1 term.

Ms. Richmond previously served on the Education Committee of the RCCB, and on the Coding Committee of the RBMA. She has been a frequent contributor to several coding list-serves, as well as to articles in Radiology Coding Alert, Radiology Pink Sheet, and other coding newsletters. She has provided seminars on coding to LHIMA, Louisiana BlueCross/Blue Shield, local AAPC chapters and others.

Dr. Gordon Perlmutter was born and raised in Burlington, Vermont. He attended Burlington High School and received his BA degree and MD degree from the University of Vermont. He did his internship at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City and his residency at Temple University Health Sciences Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Perlmutter then served two years in the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital in Staten Island, New York and was appointed Chief of Radiology from 1970-1971. He then assumed the position of Chief of Diagnostic Radiology at Georgetown University Hospital for two years before returning to the Temple University Hospital as Chief of Diagnostic Ultrasound. In 1974, Dr. Perlmutter joined West Reading Radiology Associates and the staff at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He has held several offices in the corporation including treasurer and president. He has also held the positions of Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology at Thomas Jefferson University and Clinical Professor of Radiology at Temple University.

Dr. Perlmutter was certified by the American Board of Radiology in 1970. He has received several honors including fellowship in the American College of Radiology and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound and senior membership in the AIUM. He was the recipient of the William T. Thorwarth, Jr., MD award in health policy and economics at the May 2006 ACR Annual Meeting.

Dr. Perlmutter has been active in the Pennsylvania Radiological Society for 34 years where he has held multiple offices including board membership, Councilor to the ACR, Editor, Vice Presidencies, and President (1994-1995). He has been a member of the ACR for 35 years and served on several committees and commissions of the American College of Radiology including the Council Steering Committee and the Committee on Coding and Nomenclature which he chaired from 1999-2004. He was the ACR Advisor to the AMA CPT Editorial Panel from 2000-2004. Other professional society memberships include the AIUM, Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound, RSNA, ARRS, AMA, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Perlmutter's professional accomplishments include 29 publications, 8 book chapters, and 44 invited lecturers.

Robin Bonswor, CMP, began working with the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB) in 2004. She assumed duties as Acting-Director transitioning to Director in 2005. She is responsible for the daily operations of the RCCB, overseeing all of the administrative duties and liaising with the Board of Directors. In addition to her responsibilities with RCCB, Ms. Bonswor has been involved in planning meetings, events and exhibit coordination for nine years. She has been with the Radiology Business Management Association since 2000 and is currently the Meetings Director.

Ms. Bonswor graduated from Arizona State University, in Tempe, AZ, in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She received her Certified Meeting Professional credential in 2003.
