Exam Cancellation

If you need to cancel your exam registration, please refer to the dates and policy below.

Exam Date: May 17-21, 2010
If written notice of cancellation is received by April 30, 2010, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between May 1, 2010 and May 17, 2010, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after May 17, 2010 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by April 30, 2010.

Exam Date: May 23, 2010
If written notice of cancellation is received by April 30, 2010, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between May 1, 2010 and May 22, 2010, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after May 22, 2010 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by April 30, 2010.

Exam Date: July 19-23, 2010
If written notice of cancellation is received by July 2, 2010, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between July 3, 2010 and July 19, 2010, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after July 19, 2010 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by July 2, 2010.

Exam Date: September 20-24, 2010
If written notice of cancellation is received by September 3, 2010, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between September 4, 2010 and September 20, 2010, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after September 20, 2010 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by September 3, 2010.

Exam Date: November 15-19, 2010
If written notice of cancellation is received by October 29, 2010, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between October 30, 2010 and November 15, 2010, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after November 15, 2010 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by October 29, 2010.
