Exam Cancellation

If you need to cancel your exam registration, please refer to the dates and policy below.

Exam Date: April 7-11, 2008
If written notice of cancellation is received by March 21, 2008, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between March 22, 2008 and April 7, 2008, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after April 7, 2008 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by March 21, 2008.

Exam Date: June 16-20, 2008
If written notice of cancellation is received by May 30, 2008, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between May 31, 2008 and June 16, 2008, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after June 16, 2008 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by May 30, 2008.

Exam Date: August 11-15, 2008
If written notice of cancellation is received by July 25, 2008, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between July 26, 2008 and August 11, 2008, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after August 11, 2008 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by July 25, 2008.

Exam Date: October 13-17, 2008
If written notice of cancellation is received by September 26, 2008, your application fee will be refunded less $150 administrative fee.

If written notice of cancellation is received between September 27, 2008 and October 13, 2008, 50% of your application fee will be refunded.

Cancellation after October 13, 2008 will not receive any refund.

If you would like to reschedule your exam date, you may reschedule for a future test date within 12 months of your original test date. A written request to reschedule must be received by September 26, 2008.
