Examination results are confidential. RCCB® shall keep confidential and not disclose information regarding examination results or other related materials without the applicant's consent, except: (1) as necessary for staff, legal consultants, or others with a need to know; (2) when verifying references provided by the applicant; or, (3) as required by law. Candidates must request disclosure of examination information in writing and identify the person or organization to which the disclosure should be revealed. RCCB® will publish the names of all individuals that have passed the examination and maintain current certification.
